
100th Anniversary Tour Coming To Five Rivers Council!
The “A Century of Values” tour will be visiting the Arnot Mall at 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 26th, to present us with a poster of a beautiful Scouting mural, and to help us kick off the 100th Anniversary of Scouting. Scouters from the Detroit Area Council are Travelling to over 300 Local Councils in RVs to Spread the word of the BSA’s 100th Anniversary in 2010.
All are Welcome to come by and share their Scouting spirit with these fine leaders. It will be set up in the Arnot Mall parking lot down from the Olympia Store.

2010 National Scout Jamboree - Get Ready!
The official 2010 National Scout Jamboree Website is now live and ready for you to visit! You need to consider taking part in Scouting's 100th anniversary event of a lifetime. Visit the Official Website to check out updates as they happen and some of the newest additions such as these:
- It includes a promotion video
- There is a site map that allows users to click on areas of the Jamboree site at A P Hill and view photos of that activity or area. Pretty cool!
- There is a registration link included for youth, leaders and staff.
- Users may “subscribe” to regular news releases.
