Boy Scout Summer Camp
Description:
The Five Rivers Council operates two Boy Scout Resident camps. We completed over $2 million worth of improvements to our two camps! Whether you are a new Scout attending camp for your first time or this is your 6th summer at camp, we guarantee you will have the "Time of Your Life" at one of our summer Camps! Camperships are available to those Scouts in need of financial assistance.

Camp Brulé:
Located in the beautiful hills of central Pennsylvania, Camp Brule' offers an exciting week of camping to your Scouts. With over $1 million of capital improvements completed, Camp Brule' offers facilities second to none! The centerpiece of camp, our new multi-use building, contains a state of the art kitchen and dining hall on the upper level and a Trading Post, meeting room, and Health Lodge on the lower level. Sailing, kayaking, Project COPE, mountain biking, rifle and shotgun shooting, archery, nature, crafts, and Scoutcraft; these are but a few of the programs offered at Camp Brule'. Camp Brule' also has a "techno" lodge where Scouts can work on computers and robotics. A special program for first year Scouts is designed to give them the special attention that they need as they attend their first Boy Scout summer camp.

Camp Gorton:
Located on shores of Waneta Lake in Dundee New York, Camp Gorton offers a great Summer Camp experience for your Scouts. Water skiing, motor boating, sailing, kayaking, rowing, canoeing, swimming.... Waneta Lake provides a great number of aquatic activities for your Scouts! With over $1 million of capital improvements completed, Camp Gorton offers outstanding facilities for your Scouts. Scoutcraft, nature, rifle and shotgun, archery, camp crafts, and a special first year camper program all add up to make your week at Camp Gorton a special one for your Scouts! A week at Summer Camp should be the highlight of each Scout's year, and a week at Camp Gorton will sure make his year one to remember! Camp Gorton is also home to our Eagle Trail program offered during week #5.
